Cancellation Refund Policy

By opening a membership electronically through the web application you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-notification form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased service.
The purchased service is activated instantly and delivered to the buyer by informing the email address provided by the buyer. If the service cannot be activated, buyers may terminate the agreement.
The purchased service must be delivered in accordance with the specified qualifications.

If the buyer does not pay the fee for the purchased service or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the service ceases.

If it is determined that the credit card used for payment of the purchased service has been unjustly used by unauthorized persons after the service has been delivered, and if the price of the purchased service is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Seller's obligation to deliver the service ceases.

If unforeseen circumstances occur that the Seller cannot foresee and the service cannot be delivered within the service period, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order. If the Buyer cancels the order, the service fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

The BUYER; without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the purchased service to himself or to the email address specified to the SELLER, provided that he/she notifies the SELLER via the following contact information.

If the buyer purchases a service, this 3-day period starts from the date of payment of the service fee. In service contracts where the service is started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by registered mail or email within the 3-day period.

The invoice of the service delivered to a third party or the BUYER must be sent together with the service to be returned. (If the invoice of the service to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns issued in the name of institutions will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)

The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price and the documents obligating the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches him/her, and to receive the return within 20 days.

In case the BUYER defaults on the payment transactions made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she will pay interest to the bank as per the credit card agreement between him/her and the bank and will be responsible against the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; may demand the expenses and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages incurred by the SELLER due to the delay in the performance of the debt.
